Mi sono trovato benissimo in questo hotel! La posizione è perfetta, proprio accanto alla spiaggia. La camera era pulitissima e aveva una jacuzzi sul balcone. Il personale era sempre disponibile e sorridente. La colazione era abbondante e varia, con molti dolci deliziosi. Le piscine erano attrezzate e pulite, ho apprezzato molto il bar in piscina dove ho potuto gustare ottimi cocktail. Inoltre, la vista panoramica dal 9° piano era mozzafiato. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel!
L'unica cosa negativa era che il Wi-Fi avrebbe potuto essere potenziato in tutta la struttura.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even with our language barrier. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from including both Japanese and Western favorites. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to lifts and runs. We also loved the quiet slopes, often skiing alone on the more challenging runs.
The food was a bit expensive when converted to our currency, and there were no other options available. A casual bar or lounge would have been great for meeting other guests and locals after a day of skiing.

Good food. Convenient location. Nice facilities. Great staff. Overwhelming breakfast buffet. Plenty of choice and variety. No waiting or delay for breakfast. Skiing alone with great snow.

We had a great time! The best aspects were the location on the hill, delicious breakfast and friendly staff in everything they do. We were ready to take the first ski lift and enjoyed skiing alone on intermediate and advanced runs. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were impressive.

the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, and the breakfast buffet was overwhelming with plenty of choice and variety. We loved being able to have our fill of western and Japanese favourites to prepare for the day's skiing. the surrounding local area was beautiful, with stunning views ready to take the first ski lift. While it did lack a casual bar or lounge, we found the small store to be a decent alternative. the only drawback was the expense of the food, but with no less expensive options available.
